Mandy Drummond | Office Manager
With over 25 years of experience in the legal industry – including 18 years with KF Solicitors – Mandy brings a wealth of knowledge and versatility to her role as Office Manager, based in our Brisbane office. Her legal journey began in a boutique suburban firm and progressed to a dynamic position at one of Brisbane’s largest international practices, before making a tree change to Kingaroy and joining KF Solicitors.
Throughout her career, Mandy has developed expertise across a broad spectrum of legal practice areas, including Family Law, Estate Administration, Testator Family Maintenance claims, Commercial Litigation (including Defamation), Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Defendant Insurance Litigation, Personal Injuries, Criminal Compensation Claims, Employment Law, Domestic Violence, Criminal Law, Conveyancing, and Debt Recovery.
In addition to her legal ingenuity, Mandy is a qualified Commissioner for Declarations and plays a pivotal role in the firm’s operations beyond practice management. Her responsibilities span marketing, website maintenance, staff training, project oversight – including leading our recent transition to Smokeball software – and providing interim support across roles during staff leave.
Beyond her professional life, Mandy enjoys unwinding with a good book and spending time travelling with her husband and two daughters.
Michelle Gatty | Legal Secretary
Michelle is our Legal Secretary based in the Brisbane office. She has volunteered and worked in various roles within the legal industry since 2021, developing a strong foundation in legal administration across a range of practice areas. In 2025, Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and commenced full-time employment with KF Solicitors.
With this knowledge and her practical experience, Michelle has become a valued member of our Brisbane Office, providing quality administrative and legal support to our solicitors. She is known for her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for clients, taking pride in delivering reliable and professional assistance. Michelle is authorised as a Commissioner for Declarations which enables her to assist clients and the public with witnessing and certification of key legal documents.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys bouldering and spending time hiking with friends.
Nikki Bird | Legal Secretary
Nikki has been a valued member of KF Solicitors since 2021, bringing a wealth of administrative and legal support experience to the team. Initially based in our Kingaroy office, she served as Personal Assistant to Director Andrew Kelly before relocating to Little Mountain in early 2023, where she continues to support the firm remotely from the Sunshine Coast.
Prior to joining KF Solicitors, Nikki worked as a personal assistant at another Kingaroy law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in legal administration across various practice areas. Following the retirement of the firm’s solicitors and the subsequent closure of the practice, Nikki transitioned to KF Solicitors, continuing her commitment to high-quality legal support. Her favourite area of law is Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, where she takes pride in helping clients navigate important life decisions with clarity and care.
Outside of work, Nikki leads a busy family life with her husband and four children. When time allows, they enjoy escaping to the dam for boating, tubing, and camping adventures together.
Sabina Wolski | Personal Assistant
Sabina is our skilled and dedicated Estates Paralegal within our Crime and Estates team, based in the Kingaroy office. Since joining KF Solicitors in 2020, she has played a key role in this team, bringing a calm, methodical approach to every file she handles.
With over 15 years of experience in the legal industry, Sabina offers a wealth of practical knowledge and insight across a broad range of legal areas. Her primary focus lies in Estate Administration, where she works closely with solicitors and clients to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and with care. Her attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and approachable manner make her a valued point of contact for clients navigating often sensitive legal processes.
Sabina is also a qualified Commissioner for Declarations, regularly assisting clients with witnessing and certifying important legal documents.
Outside of her legal work, Sabina brings the same energy and dedication to her other passion – dance. A qualified Dance Teacher, she teaches evening classes at a local Dance Academy, sharing her love of movement and performance with students of all ages. When she’s not in the office or at the studio, Sabina enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places through travel.
