Kobie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, completing her law degree in 2021 and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law in 2024. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland on 12 December 2024.
Kobie began her career with the firm in March 2024 in our busy conveyancing department, gaining practical experience in residential property matters. After several months, she transitioned into Family Law, assisting with a range of client needs before moving into her current role as a junior commercial lawyer in July 2025.
Within the firm’s commercial team, she works closely with our Director, Andrew Kelly, in a supervised capacity and assists clients with leases, commercial contracts, loan agreements, disclosure statements, and general commercial advice. Her developing practice focuses on delivering clear, practical support to clients across a broad range of commercial matters.
Outside the office, she enjoys a quiet life at home spending time with her family, and she also enjoys listening to music and reading.
