Heather is our Family Law Solicitor based in the Kingaroy office. She has over 30 years’ experience in Family Law, having been employed as a paralegal for 20 years before being admitted as a Solicitor in 2009.
Heather is passionate about Family Law and is committed to achieving results for her clients in a cost-effective manner. Heather is also experienced in criminal law, is an accredited Duty Lawyer, and has experience in administrative law, civil law and domestic violence matters. Heather practices primarily in Family Law including property settlements, parenting matters, mediations, domestic violence and child protection matters.
Heather has a Bachelor of Law from James Cook University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australia National University. In her spare time Heather enjoys running.
